• Rates are inclusive of a Buffet Breakfast, Government Taxes (15% VAT, 2.5% NHIL AND 1% Tourism levy) and a complimentary airport shuttle service. Double occupancy for Executive & Junior suite is an additional $ 30.
• Individual Booking rates apply to Business Travelers only consisting of 10 persons or less.
• Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel and should be treated as such. In the event of a Guest found in breach of our non-smoking policy, a penalty of $500 per day would apply.
• Reservation should be guaranteed with a valid credit card and payment on arrival unless a credit facility is in place (Companies with approved credit at The Africa Regent Hotel are not required t pay deposit) However, penalties will be duly charged.
• Confirmation of reservation(s) must be led by email or sent by fax starting arrival, departure dates and guest names.
• Confirmation letters should indicate the method of payment and who would be responsible for the payments.
• Cancellations made 24hours prior to arrival will attract a no show fee.
• In the event of a No-Show with no cancellation notice, a No-Show fee representing one night’s contract rate will apply.
• A request for an extra bed will attract an additional one-off cost of $50.
• Children (maximum of two) under 9years sharing with parents stay free of charge (including breakfast).
• Hotel Check-In time is from 3 pm and Check Out up to 7 pm will attract 50% of the contracted day rate (this is strictly subject to availability).
• Early Check-in up to midday and late Checkout up to 7 pm will attract 50% of the contracted day rate ( this is strictly subjected to availability
• Full contract rates apply after 7 pm ( also subject to availability )
• 50% discounted tickets for all staying guest at the Silverbird Cinemas, located the road from the hotel, at the Accra Mall.
